First, we would like to thank all Braz-Tesolers, teachers and presenters, exhibitors and lecturers, who - by attending the 9th BRAZ-TESOL Convention - helped us to turn the conference into such a special event. And we must send a word of gratitude to the National Organizing Committee members, who supported us all the way from the opening of the road to Minas to the building of the friendship and knowledge opportunities premises. .
Then, we have to share with you how fortunate we were to have seen the smile of hundreds of participants while telling us how happy they were to have come to the convention in BH. And we have to let you know that David Nunan has e-mailed Braz-Tesol to say, "I enjoyed every minute of the convention, which I rarely do" and add how much he liked the convention center as well.
Finally, let us make a confession: our hearts take pride in the rewarding feeling of having helped pave the road to Brasilia-2005!

I believe every one of us likes to share some aspects of our their lives so that we can enjoy life more and get along better with other people. And perhaps nothing is better than the feeling of joining a group of professionals and getting together with such special people as the ones we had the privilege of meeting at the 9th BRAZ-TESOL Convention.
I had a good time there; I enjoyed every moment of it and I left a lot wiser! So, I can only say, "Congratulations to all"!
Quoting a good friend, I have to say that people's perceptions or belief systems determine their responses to events going on around them and that these responses generate their feelings and consequent behavior. Thus, the response of a person like me that the BRAZ-TESOL Convention was a total success is nothing short than a heart felt thanks to the Organizers. Job well done!
Early experiences do not necessarily limit ones potential for we can always learn new ways. And this is what I've taken with me from the BRAZ-TESOL Convention in Belo Horizonte
