Deadline and Procedures

Proposals must be submitted through this site; proposals faxed or mailed will be disqualified. BRAZ-TESOL also encourages presenters from outside Brazil to submit proposals via the Internet, but they may also submit materials via fax or postal service. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines will be disqualified. If you have questions, call BRAZ-TESOL at 55 11 -3559-8782 or send an e-mail message to braztesol@braztesol.org.br.

Internet Submission Procedures

Prepare your proposal form, session description (if required), and abstract according to the following guidelines in advance.

1. Before proceeding further write your title, abstract, and session description and save them in electronic format (e.g., a Microsoft Word document). You can then cut and paste them in the appropriate boxes on the web pages that follow.
2. After your proposal has been successfully submitted, you will receive an e-mail message confirming receipt of your submission and containing your proposal number for future reference. Please save this information and include your proposal number on all correspondence concerning your submission.
3. If you successfully submit your proposal online, do not mail or fax a duplicate copy to BRAZ-TESOL.
